I had a pretty good day today.

After about four hours of sleep, I woke to the smiling face of Jack. Three is such an adorable age! Trey peeked around the corner of the door from the guest room where he was sleeping and there was his smiling face as well. We got up, I made them breakfast, put on their snow clothes and they played outside while I sorted the garage... things that I am taking in the left hand stall side and things that are in need of giving away, disposing of in the stall on the right. After MUCH work and a lot of help from my mom, and blowing tons of bubbles, we broke for lunch and I made the kids a pizza... mom napped, Jack napped, Trey and nana played wii. tonight Meg and Aaron came over and we made the most fattening and yummy dinner ever. I cut up an onion, portabella mushrooms, mmmm brie and we battered and deep fried it all. I took the tails off of shrimp and warmed it in melted butter and garlic. An odd combination I know, but o m g YUMMY! It is so good to see meg, the boys and their dad HAPPY and looking forward to the future. Now I am paying for the busy day, but I can rest when I am unpacked and looking out the window at the Chequamegon Bay, Home in Wisconsin.
