Default need some help

ok i'm posting this here and i want to know if its possible and don't want dumb ass answers.

I have this dress that I think i want to wear to this fashion show fundraiser in 5 weeks. buttttttt i don't know if it will fit, well i know it will fit but i don't want it to look tight on me.

so what i need to know is this. i don't have huge boobs and in my opinion it makes my belly look bigger because i don't have boobs. but i want to loose 10 lbs in 5 weeks, so is this possible? oh and I AM NOT STARVING MYSELF TO DO THIS !!! i want to eat but maybe cut out some bad foods that might contribute to this.

any suggestions?

i just mainly want the belly fat gone.

ten lbs. in 5 weeks is very attainable.
Wut does your diet consist of now?
Include beverages and snacks.

ok so today:

i always have toast with peanut butter and jam OR fried egg sandwich for breakfast.

sometimes i have a snack in the am :
a yogurt or
a orange or
a fruit cup
something usually small

then for lunch it can very but usually left overs from night before.

but today i had a salad with all sorts of veggies in it a fried dipping egg and 2 pieces of toast

for a snack a had a yogurt and fruit cup.

not sure what we are having for dinner tonight but something with sausage.

A small amount of butter twice a day everyday for 5 weeks adds up to a lot of fat calories.

Cook it in butter flavored Pam. It will still taste good.

for starters replace all beverages with water and drink plenty of it. All day every day. No more salt, butter, chips, ice cream, or anything remotely resembling junk food.
Eat 5 small meals a day. Chicken, lean meat, fish, more chicken, and not FRIED CHICKEN. Use whole grain carbs and pasta. Eat green veggies. and exercise. find some excercises to do for at least 30 minutes a day since u do not have a gym memebership,
Go online and look for protein diets and excercises you can do at home.
Google is your friend.

chemo worked for me! Only thing is you have to choose foods you really like so it does not suck so much tasting them the second time, and the achiness in your abdomen does taper off after the first couple weeks. SEE? always a bright side.

well i was hoping she would have some good input - but i do remember her talking about only having salad and water one day. i don't think i could do that to myself- i would have to sleep for 5 weeks if i did it that way.

As an alternative, you could continue to eat as you do and just find a way to burn an additional 500-1000 calories per day.

Obviously though, some combination of diet and exercise would be most effective.

i kinda like that idea. any suggestions for a weak 143 lb little girl ?

.........cause I LOVE FOOD to much to give up all the fun foods. but i'm willing to compromise with myself and give up a bit of food for working out or something.
